I know I've spoken about my business before and even shared some plugs from events we were doing, but I realize that you don't know much of anything about SOA Event Concepts. We not only create quality social, private, and public events, but also specialize in event conceptualization, management, and consulting."
What We Do:
- Event and Design Conceptualization- People often ask us what this means exactly. Have you ever had a vision for your event, but had no idea how to translate it outside of 3 words? We take those 3 words and turn it into a 3-4 page proposal with a budget outline. We also create a visual representation as inspiration for your event.
- Event & Wedding Planning- From a small seed of idea to a full grown tree of realization, we plan events...period.
- Event Management & Day of Coordination- It takes a slew of people behind the scenes to ensure your event not only runs smoothly but doesn't crash and burn. That's one of our specialties, managing your event and making sure it runs smoothly.
- Event Marketing/ PR- Every event, private or public, large or small needs some kind of publicity and marketing. Whether it's sending information to your guest list or getting your press release to the public, we'll take care of it.
- Event & Wedding Consultation- A service for the DIYer. All we do is help you get things in order for your event, whether it's steering you in the right direction for vendors or helping you to decrease that stack of paper work for your event, we can help you do that...it's one of our specialities.
- Event Promotions- Although we are NOT a promotions company, we CAN help you promote your event. Through our affiliates we can help spread the word from metro Atlanta to Athens, GA and beyond.
