"Lead yourself, lead your superiors, lead your peers, and free your people to do the same. All else is trivia."

As of late, I've been observing my peers. Wondering how they are doing, what new things they have coming up in their lives, what exciting adventures they are undertaking. Many of them have their own ventures, own lives, own goals that they want to accomplish. I've known many of them since the very beginning of their success and I've been glad to see their ideas, dreams, and businesses really blossom.
These people I like to call my "circle of success." What does that mean exactly? Circle of Success is your group of peers, whether a combination of your closest friends, associates, or affiliates, that you surround yourself with. These same people are working diligently and ambitiously to create success around them. Think of it as positive peer pressure. If your "Circle of Success" is doing great things, there is no reason why you shouldn't either. If not one person in your "Circle of Success" is a failure, then you best believe you aren't either. Allow your "Circle of Success" to help propel you and your goals forward.
