Motivational Monday: Thomas J. Watson on leadership

It's raining in the city today, although it was much needed in nature, it can make me feel really sleepy and lethargic and unmotivated to work. When you are both unemployed and an entrepreneur the last thing you need is to lay in bed all day during a working week.

I found this quote because it makes you realize the obligation you have to yourself to maintain a good work ethic and be a good leader.
